With new national education and workforce investments arriving this year, semiconductor industry leaders from across the U.S. are developing classroom materials and experiential learning opportunities for students. The Bay Area has a phase 1 project being developed by Foothill College, SEMI, Ignited, and the Krause Center for Innovation (KCI) to design middle and high school classroom materials and an apprenticeship pathway into the industry. To ensure the materials and program fits the needs of your local schools and gather feedback and ideas, the project team is hosting a hybrid in-person / virtual workshop for Bay Area education leaders on April 13, 2023 from 6.00 to 7.30pm. In person attendees can meet industry leaders and experts and a light dinner will be provided.
