Kelley McMillan has been a high school English teacher for 18 years having, in that time, been a mentor teacher to eight student teachers, founded and headed a staff appreciation committee, and has led several PD sessions for the staff of Evergreen Valley High School in south San Jose. She has trained at KCI in the OBI, MERIT, and SPACE programs.
