I’m an Agentic Leadership Strategist and the founder of AgenticLeaders.io, where I lead SuperLeaders cohorts with founders, executives, and education leaders. This work lives beyond tools and prompts, in the harder territory where agentic AI reshapes decision-making, authority, collaboration, and identity inside organizations. We explore questions most teams haven’t named yet, and we do it with rigor, experimentation, and shared intelligence. Previously, I served as the Administrator of Artificial Intelligence and Innovation for the Orange County Department of Education, supporting 28 school districts and over 450,000 students during one of the most difficult and fast-moving transitional periods in AI and education. I’m also the founder of AI Parentology, a movement focused on families, schools, and communities reclaiming agency in an AI-saturated world. Through Lighthouse Homes gatherings, talks, and writing, I help parents and educators move past fear and into grounded, values-driven use of AI. Rooted in trust, storytelling, and human development. Earlier in my career, I was a science teacher and high school principal, and I also founded Accidentally Extraordinary, a consumer headphone company.
