Sabrina McDaniel is a sixth grade teacher in a self-contained classroom in San Jose, CA. Throughout her 20+ year career as an educator, she has primarily taught in Title 1 schools, focusing her instruction around Project Based Learning and meaningful technology integration. She has also been trained in SELD, PBIS, and educational equity. At KCI, she has served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor as well as a co-lead for KCI’s EMPowered and Math Best Practices programs. She has planned and facilitated mathematics professional development in multiple states that focus on engaging, hands-on activities and cultural relevance.
