Mariam holds Master’s degrees in Linguistics and Computer Education with Technology Leadership. Her teaching experience spans English Language Development, Chinese language and culture, and robotics mentoring, highlighting her passion for integrating different subjects to support well-rounded student growth.

A strong advocate for global STEAM education, Mariam is excited to contribute to the micro:bit translation program, expanding access to learning opportunities worldwide. She is a Google Certified Coach and Trainer, an Apple Learning Coach, and actively engages with professional learning communities to share ideas and learn from others.

Mariam’s certifications include the CA Makerspace Coordinator Certificate from KCI’s SPACE program (#SPACE22), the EdTech Specialist Certificate from the MERIT program (#MERIT23), and the Online and Blended Instruction Certificate (#OBI23). She is currently pursuing the STEAM Leadership program (#STEAM24).
