Ruby Chavez, a first-generation Latina Education Influencer, has over a decade of experience as a School Counselor, dedicated to supporting low-income and first-generation students. She returned to her high school alma mater to guide youth through challenges and empower them to succeed. Ruby holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in History and Latin & Latino Studies from UC Santa Cruz, and a Master’s in Education Counseling from San Jose State University. Additionally, she’s a social media content creator, using her platform to stay current with trends and engage a broader audience in her message of empowerment and education.
