Knowing that the future is indecipherable, the KCI is dedicated to supporting school leaders as they implement, reflect on, and design programs to meet the unique needs of their communities. Join our team of administrators and teacher-leaders as we shine light on the research-based strategies and provide space and time to ideate and create a gameplan to make sure your team is working together. Leveraging the KCI Flexible Program Implementation Framework, KCI will host a Los Angeles regional professional learning day (date TBD) empowering school leaders and their teams as they engage in problem-solving and success management in the 2021-2022 school year.
