From on-site classes in its state-of-the-art facility to engaging online/blended programs, KCI’s strategies empower teachers to become adept at using a wide range of technology tools and techniques that they can then incorporate into their own classrooms. KCI’s facility includes an advanced Makerspace lab, allowing program participants to master advanced hardware tools and soft ware programs. Equally important, KCI provides teachers the opportunity to collaborate and learn from each other, creating lasting networks of support and mentoring that encourage creative solutions to educational challenges.
Affecting all this change takes a strong team, a singular vision, and funding. Giving to KCI allows donors to see the benefits of their support in action. With guidance from the Foothill-De Anza Foundation, KCI’s stewardship of resources is stellar and your contributions directly support teachers and students with a minimum of overhead.
